Hi, I’m Mac — Certified Health Coach, Neuro Mindset Coach, Yoga Instructor, and mom of two grown boys. I created this course from a deeply personal place, after walking through burnout, grief, and a full life that left very little room for
me.

What helped me heal wasn’t some huge life overhaul. It was small, intentional choices — daily steps that brought me back to myself. And that’s exactly what I’m sharing with you here.
